This is hands-down, the greatest restaurant in West Virginia. if you wanna eat the best food you’ve ever had then stop wasting your time and just go here. i’ve heard people from out of state call this the best Indian restaurant they’ve ever ate at(outside of India, because the person who said that was born in India).

We’re returning customers and have been coming to Sitar of India for years. The place had multiple owners but the food is always consistently good. I believe it reflects Northern Indian food. Last time we came on Sunday afternoon and they had buffet. I overheard the owner explaining one customer that besides popular dishes such as chicken tikka masala, different kormas, they had a variety of vegetable dishes that is not even on their regular menu.
