My husband and I had an amazing lunch Saturday. The food was delicious, especially the salads with all the fresh vegetables! The service was wonderful as usually! No food pictures but the portions were huge!
SoHo's is consistent! Consistently good service, consistently good food, etc. I've been multiple times and have always found the staff very friendly and professional. Each meal has been good. It is a "go to" for me and my wife when we are in Charleston, especially when we are around the Capitol Market - Charleston, WV. Great place - do yourself a favor and go!
Lunch time.
Over 30 minute wait on soups which everybody was complaining about and took over an hour to get our food.

So disappointed in my Sunday brunch today. I ordered the Chicken and Waffles. I had to wait 25 minutes, while watching everyone all around us get their food. When they finally placed the food in front of me, I was shocked. Frozen chicken strips and undercooked, soggy waffles for $16. What a disgrace. My husband’s Caesar salad didn’t even have fresh grilled chicken. That was my second bad experience in a row with you, SoHo’s…we won’t be returning.
We arrived at the restaurant around 7 pm and were seated outside. It took about 15 minutes for our waitress to greet us. We placed an order for both an appetizer and our main courses. The appetizer came out in a reasonable amount of time, but our main courses took an hour and fifteen minutes to arrive. My wife ordered fettuccine Alfredo, which she said was just okay. I ordered spaghetti and meatballs, but it was awful—just noodles with hardly any sauce.
What really disappointed us was that, after spending nearly two hours there just to eat, we weren’t offered any discount or apology for the long wait and poor quality of the food.

I love this place! I eat here every time I’m in Charleston on business. The food is great and the service is superb. My favorite for lunch is the Undecided — Chicken salad, tuna salad and egg salad on a plate with a small garden salad and bread.

The place was nice. They were out of stock of several things. The staff was fantastic but you can tell they’ve been treated poorly due to the fact that they acted scared to say they don’t have something or whatever and would apologize 3-4 times for all of it.

We loved their Spicy Shrimp Pizza, Tuna Melt sandwich, and Salmon Salad! The service was quick, and the atmosphere was awesome! We will definitely go there the next time we are in the area.

I was there a couple months ago and wasn’t going to write a review but decided to. I ate sohos before prom and ended up getting a special type of food poising called scromboid fish poisoning due to the fact they had given me salmon that wasn’t refrigerated properly. It was arguably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had and literally will never eat here again. thinking about it makes me want to throw up.

We were a very large party and arrived for brunch right as they opened. Due to our party size, 15, service was understandably slow.
The food was mediocre, the coffee was tepid and the bloody mary was bland. A few of us tried to order iced coffee, which they don't have, but they brought us everything to make it ourselves. My crouffle was dry and tasteless, but I tasted the shrimp and grits which was fantastic.

First time here and I was in the mood for some pizza. I ordered a water to drink and a margherita pizza. I was asked if I wanted it traditional thin crust and I said yes. We got our meals pretty quickly. I was not impressed with the pizza at all. The crust was too thin, barely even there. I get it, it was thin crust but you couldn’t even pick up a slice and I feel like it needed a little more cooking to stiffen up a little. It wasn’t awful but it wasn’t good enough to satisfy my craving for pizza. My friend had the steak salad and I tried it and it was pretty good. They gave bread after asking for it. It was room temp and sour tasting so I asked what kind it was and she came back and said it was cheese. More like sour dough to me. And the other was wheat, but it was more like a multi seed bread. Both were ok. I may return to this place during lunch and give something else a try but I won’t be going for pizza. Parking was a little difficult as there is not enough spaces and it was almost to capacity. Only one space for myself. The waitress I think was kinda new, didn’t check in on us and I had to get another water from another waitress. She was nice though. In conclusion the food was ok, I’d return to try something else but there’s no rush to get back there. There’s still plenty of places I’m going to choose first.
