Went inside to order because the drive through was wrapped around the building - 1st mistake. There appeared to be plenty of workers. Took 32 minutes to get 2 coffees - we should have asked for a refund & left - 2nd mistake.

Went inside the establishment today around 3:30pm for the second time ever and again, was not greeted by a single person working. Stood at the register for a few minutes. Again, no greeting, or a "we will be right with you", nothing. Made eye contact with someone...who also didn't say anything. Walked out and saved $10 today.
