One of the more solid McDonald's ive been too.
I’ve left bad reviews on this McDonald’s before but today I’ve probably got some of the best service that I ever had here. The employees were very friendly, and the service was very fast, Food also seemed very fresh so whoever was working today Did a good job.
Just wish you all would get the fries done. They are never crispy!

McDonald's offers a dining experience with friendly staff and a play area for children, making it a great choice for families. The restaurant is located in the South Ridge Shopping Center and features a clean, modern exterior. Inside, there is a good-sized dining area with various seating options, including high-top stools, traditional booths, and comfortable padded armchairs. One notable feature is the large indoor kids’ play area, which is a rare sight these days and adds value to the location.
While the cleanliness is generally acceptable, some areas could use more attention. There have been reports of employees smoking outside the entrance, which can create an unprofessional atmosphere and a negative first impression. Service is usually efficient, with some team members going out of their way to assist customers, though there have been occasions of slow service and order mistakes.
Customers have mixed feelings about the food. For instance, a bacon, egg, and cheese McMuffin was found to be decent and satisfying, while there were complaints about the iced caramel coffee being too sweet. Despite some areas for improvement, many customers feel that this McDonald's is one of the best in the area, especially for families with young kids.
