God awful experience the last two times we’ve been to the Virginia street location. Burgers so old they’re black and crispy, chicken fried out so bad you could use it as a hammer, cold fries, drinks tasted like Lysol, and they are unable to do any refunds if you buy anything on the app. Out 50 bucks so far and no plans on ever going back unless I get my money back.
this is the rudest, crappiest most incompetent Wendy's I have ever been to. they LOUDLY asked me twice to make my order when I literally just pulled up to the speaker. when I pulled up to the window this girl slammed the window open, shoved a bag at me and rudely said, "have a blessed day" and slammed the window shut again. I waited and another girl opened the window and I told her I also got a medium sprite and asked me what sauce I wanted with nuggets. I didn't order nuggets....read full review
