“I recently visited the Taco Bell on Carolina ave, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish.

Firstly, the service was outstanding. Despite the lunchtime rush, the staff were efficient and friendly. I was greeted with a warm smile, and the cashier took the time to help me navigate the menu and customize my order to my liking. It was clear that customer satisfaction was a top priority for the team.

I ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme and a side of nacho fries, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly my food was ready. The presentation was great—everything was neatly packaged and looked appetizing. The Crunchwrap was perfectly grilled, with a delicious blend of seasoned beef, fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and creamy sauce. The nacho fries were hot and crispy, with just the right amount of seasoning.

What really impressed me was the attention to detail and the quality of the food. Every bite was bursting with flavor, and it was evident that the ingredients were fresh. The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant dining atmosphere. “This place was very busy, but they were able to get my online order in less than 5 minutes. They had issues with the coke mixture, but they were able to substitute with other drinks. Food was fresh and hot.

“The places unique because it is too restaurants attached to the same structure however there can be some confusion if you order from A&W because you will receive products and Long John Silver's boxes so if you have two different people in the vehicle ordering from two different restaurants at once sometimes your products will get mixed up and beware that there are large fry is only 7 waffle fries for $3.50 that's literally a half a potato and by potato I mean like a russet the fish is overly greasy but it is delicious and if I had to make any recommendation of any sort it would be some wild double cheeseburger with your own options on it as well as the root beer float I'm not much for Suites but there's something like that old timey American tradition and 50s vibe“

“Good quality well prepared food but a little pricey unless you have a discount coupon. Access to drive thru is a problem as the line backs up onto a busy main street. Exiting the lot is a disaster. There is no left turn permitted so going west from here is not possible.“

“I stopped by this place on my way back from East Palestine. The food was fresh, and I had the lobster. The lobster was good, but it is not "real" lobster. It does taste nice and similar to rock or Maine lobster. The price was a little high (nearly $18), but overall, it was worth it. The parking lot is very difficult to navigate.

Dietary restrictions: It's not good if you are allergic to shellfish or fish as most things are cooked in the same fryer.

Parking: The parking lot is all over the place. It is separated by berms and it is placed right against the main road.

“This is a decent taco bell...quality of food is decent, employees & customer service are decent, cleanliness of this location is decent including the outside of the business, speed of service is also decent. I go to this taco bell & columbiana's location when I'm in the mood for tacos.

Parking: There's quite a few spots for parking, haven't seen the lot so full there were no other spots to park in. The drive thru however gets congested & sometimes there is quite a line & a wait time.

Kid-friendliness: No play place or really anything for kids to do to keep occupied. Not even outdoor seating.

Wheelchair accessibility: Double doors so wheelchairs easily can enter the business, I also believe they have a couple tables that are wheelchair accessible. :)“

“I've been eating here since back in 94. the staff is friendly and everyone does their best. The dining area is much smaller than it used to be because of the second drive through line but still has enough room. The interior design of the building isn't really my taste but it's not that important. By far one of the best things about the place is the one thing left over from the remodel and that's one of the managers she's a good leader and the team really seems to respect her and she rarely hesitates to jump into any position she's needed for. I haven't asked her name but I think it's Brittany.“
