“I come to this Burger King about twice a week. I will say never have I experienced a staff so friendly every time. Kenny was the gentleman who took my order in the drive thru. He almost always does. He is BEYOND pleasant. Very polite! Always seems happy to be there, that really makes a world of difference for me and makes me want to come back more often to get my food from here. On top of that, the food is ALWAYS and I truly mean ALWAYS, perfect. Never had a bad batch of fries nor a bad burger. This BK restaurant is really awesome! 10/10 would recommend“

“I had an outstanding experience at the McDonald’s near the 376 Center exit in Aliquippa. Bri, the manager, was absolutely fantastic—easily some of the best customer service I’ve received anywhere.
I arrived late to pick up my mobile order, and Bri was incredibly courteous and understanding. Rather than handing me food that had gone cold, she personally made sure my order was remade fresh. That level of care and professionalism really stood out. She was friendly, efficient, and clearly takes pride in making sure customers leave happy.

“Your new hamburger was good but a little salty but overall I thought it was good and worth the price“

“We love ❤ all of the food here 😋. We couldn't find a special that my friend wanted. I asked one of the young men if he could help me he looked through the menu and he didn't see it. He called someone else to help him, he was with us for about 5 minutes and it was part of his break time. He didn't rush us, he couldn't find the Taco Meal that We wanted he called someone else to help Us and that's when he went on his break.“

“The building is old, both interior and exterior, but this isn't Subway's fault. They could renovate the inside, or at least update it, but the landlord may not permit it. Who knows. The staff has always been good, and the food is handled properly according to food industry standards. Despite the age appearance, the restaurant is not dirty. I've been a patron since I was 16.“

“Whoever the young lady is who worked on 4/7/25 at the Ambridge location at 2:30-3PM deserves some recognition. Her name may have been Dora? Not sure. Anyways, some guy came in and started being nasty towards her over the fact that he thought his cold cut should have more meat on it (for no extra charge). The woman making his sub calmly and professionally explained the menu, the pricing, and what all a cold cut combo would entail, and the guy just starts bullying her and telling her “you’ll be on the news for this… subway used to be great… blah blah…”
Long story short, the customer was 100% in the wrong in this instance and that female worker handled the situation with much more grace and patience than I would’ve. She sure didn’t deserve all that bs, but she handled it phenomenally well. This five-star rating is specifically for her!!“

“I stop by occasionally on Tuesday nights after long 12 hour food service shifts, and the food is always fresh and made well. The staff is consistently friendly, which really makes a difference after a long day. Late night fast food can be hit or miss, but this Taco Bell has been great every time.
