“Yesterday me and my sons met my sister n law for coffee at ABC Coffee Shop! We had the most amazing experience. The barista was very friendly and helpful. My two sons are 11 and 4, they ordered hot chocolate and because it was for children she suggested that she not make it so hot for them. I thought that was very sweet and thoughtful! The coffee I got was absolutely amazing and brewed just perfect! The students that were in there studying was extremely friendly and welcoming! There was some students making balloon rocket backpacks and they gave them to my sons. I would love for the locals to learn more about this coffee shop and support it!! I highly recommend you try it!!!!!“

“The donuts are very fluffy - just come a little bit later than what it states on the website - I have gotten there right at opening and have had to wait up to two hours - Saturdays do have a different time than regular days. Are the doughnuts worth it I personally think so. I have tried crispy crème - typically a little too oily- try to get them fresh“

I stopped in here a day before the New River Gorge Bridge Day Event to do some studying and for the first time ever I was offered a sample at my table. It might not seem like much to get a small sample, but they put in the extra effort and it shows they actually care about their job; A little goes a long way! It’s the simple things like observing caring relationships between the employees and local regulars as they remake drinks with a smile, ensuring perfection during the morning rush, and making sure customers leave satisfied too. Good job guys keep it up and share what you’re doing with corporate! I wish all Starbucks were this genuine.“

All of the items were neatly on the shelves and the entire store was tidy. It made for a pleasant experience.
