Edit 6/9/2026 I've given them another try and most of their issues is in the ordering app and I felt i couldn't keep my original review since it's not entirely their fault. Plus the staff I've interacted with have been pleasant and very friendly“

“A little late posting- I visited the Dunbar store a few weeks back. Quality products. Get the ice cream nachos- trust me- pure heaven. Waffle cone chips topped with ice cream, chocolate drizzle, and I think brownie bites. Beyond amazing. Only con was that they only had two people working. Waited 45 minutes. I think they’re new in town, so gotta give them some grace. It was worth the wait. Might help if they place the completed orders at the end where the pay counter is as well. Placing it on top of the ice cream cases is awkward and people have to jump into the backed up line to pick up their orders. Just felt a little disorganized. But, this place is special and they’re new. They’ll work out the kinks. Wish them all the best ‘cause they deliver amazing bites. Grade A ❤️“
