My son is missing a backpack that he received 1 hour before we left. We stuck his personal Thomas the train backpack in it to help with carrying. This backpack never left the room & now it's no where to be found by your staff. I have been given excuse after excuse. More than half your staff was rude during our stay, which we were there for a conference for people with disabilities. Your power doors did not always work, not ADA compliant, your shower heads were awful and sprayed...read full review
Just don’t… just one nightmare after another at a very average place to begin with.
Are you guys open? I have tried to call and no one is answering the phone (8 attempts so far today). Your tubing folks still have the voicemail saying you are closed for the 2023-2024 winter season. I am trying to give you my business, but between the fact you won't accept my credit cards and nobody is answering the phone, it's kinda hard. Are you still open for business?
