We come to Blackwater Falls every year and our go to spot is Wicked Wilderness. Food is wonderful and the hamburger was sinfully delicious!! Not to mention that the bartender, Heather, is exceptional...out- going personality and her service is second to none!! Check it out..you won't be disappointed!!
Heather the manager had an attitude from the start. I ordered the chargrilled burger. It came out BURNT. so burnt that all the juices were cooked out of it . All I tasted when I bit into it was burnt meat. When Heather came over she tried to explain that it’s cooked over an open flame so that’s how it comes, I can take it off and get you something else. Terrible place to eat. Char-broiled chicken was so dry and was burnt. No flavor. Terrible service. Our group met the "one bill for the entire table." Charged 18% gratuity and their service was terrible. Will never go back.
