We heard every word from everyone else in the place, and ATV-ers are early morning people. Lots of loud 5:30am conversation each morning. It's pretty no-frills. Bring your own hair dryer, coffee cup (styrofoam is provided), etc. Not a problem, just something to know for next time. Our room had 5 twin beds in it plus a separate sitting area with a sofa/chair/tv. This would be the perfect place to stay if you're coming to the area to hit the ATV trails with your friends.“
