“I have to say this was a very good experience. I hadn't been there for years. We went to lunch about 1:00 on a Wednesday. No wait. Nice, clean atmosphere and smiling employees. You don't see that everywhere. Our waitress was fantastic and had great personality. We had the lunch menu for $12.99. It gave you limited but diverse options for the entree, unlimited breadsticks, and either unlimited salad or soup. It was really good and seemed scratch made. I can't say for sure but the food quality and presentation was great. It's actually so much bang for your buck. Amazingly good and probably better than a lot of restaurants with higher prices. Definite recommend!!!“

“Good morning. My wife and I visited the Spring Mills location yesterday.

The food was actually very good and the service was excellent. The cocktails were well made and the menu had a good variety of options. Overall we enjoyed our visit.

One small detail stood out, though, and it’s really about attention to presentation. I noticed the restaurant uses nice quality paper napkins, which was a pleasant touch, but the silverware didn’t match the overall quality of the dining experience.

Considering the menu prices ($18–$35 per entrée) and the quality of the food and service, I expected sturdier and better-maintained utensils. The fork at my table was extremely thin, scratched up, and looked worn to the point that I couldn’t tell if it was clean or just heavily marked. It simply didn’t match the otherwise good experience.

This is a minor detail, but small things like that can affect the overall impression of an otherwise very good restaurant. With the quality of food and service you’re offering, upgrading the silverware would help the dining experience feel more consistent with the rest of the presentation

“The service was excellent, the atmosphere was great, and the food was good, never ending in fact... I got never ending soup, salad, and bread sticks. The bread sticks were brought out quickly and hot from the oven, salad was next with all the fixings including fresh ground cheese... and finally the minestrone soup was so full of veggies it almost wasn't soup. Either way the food was great, and my cup was never empty. The price was more than fair, only thing I missed was the after dinner mint but all in all a good experience.“

“Finally made it over to this very tasty place for a Sunday afternoon away from the farm to run some errands too. The amount of variety of food is wonderful. Salad, pasta, veggies like green beans and squash as well as the fresh pizza and the dessert apple pizza as well as pudding on the bar too. We enjoyed the fresh very tasty pizza. I loved the squash/zucchini mixture on the buffet it was a nice option in the middle of January. Definitely will be back! For $12.49 per person it was definitely worth the money. “Stopped here on 3/31/26 2:44. It sure felt and tasted great to eat at a five star restaurant 😁. Service was great, fast, and fresh. Everything was made correctly, and of course fresh. This location definitely lives up to the standards of service that chic fil a always delivers. On another note I am a person who pays attention to details. While I was standing in line I of course got to looking around and I must say when I looked up at the entrance there are windows up high, and these windows were crystal clear down to the window seal. I was impressed. Little things like that are important to some people. I just would like to say great job chic fil a Team 👍👍👍👍😀😀😀😀👌. I definitely recommend this location to anyone in the area.💯“

“The food was really good, and the cashier was helpful in recommending the best options based on our tastes. The coffee was incredible—one of the best I've ever had! I highly recommend this place for breakfast sandwiches. The only downside is that it’s a bit on the pricier side, but definitely worth it for the quality.“
