What poor customer service!
We were in line at the drive thru at 655pm staff came out and told us they were closing at 7 and the car in front of us was the last one
I went to the Huntington WV store yesterday to purchase a couple cakes. The girl was so very rude I left and went to Dairy Queen where they happily sold me over $80. worth of cakes. I have had your cakes before and prefer them but have never experienced such rude customer service and will take my business somewhere that appreciates it!!
