Blowing onto the tables where you eat. Kind of seemed a bit unsanitary blowing directly on people's food.“

“This Dairy Queen is AMAZING! I've gotten ice cream cakes at this particular store for years, always nice but just a normal experience. They are clean, they have a good selection and are on my way home, it's a win/win. I had a fluke with Maiya's cake that she wanted yesterday, someone else was supposed to order it but didn't and I didn't find out until 3:00 p.m. ... I wanted to pick the cake up by 4:30 p.m. I just KNEW I was going to have to get her a different design. She would have been fine but she wanted this specific one. I called the store and the young lady that answered knew she couldn't promise to help without approval so she put the owner on. I explained what happened and how I know it might not be possible but turning 13 is important for a girl so if they can make this cake by 4:30 I would even pay extra. Not only did he not hesitate to help in every way, but he took my cake order and promised it would be done by the time I got off work, all while being busy as all heck on a 70 degree day in February. He even made jokes about the weather and being so busy. There was a stress in his voice but you could tell it was a good bit of stress that he handled perfectly. It really isn't common for most places to go out of their way for customers these days. They are sticklers to the guidelines, which is understandable. Normally a special design like the tye-dye pooh emoji needs to be ordered at least 24 prior to pick up... they helped me out in a pinch and it was done and ready to be written on by the time I walked up to their front counter. They had no problem helping me out at all and it really made my baby girl's day.“

“My husband and I love dining inside at this location. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. They always go above and beyond. We never have trouble using our rewards/coupons on the DQ app here. If we're in a hurry, we can order ahead on the app and our food will be ready for us when we arrive. We almost always split a chicken tender basket and cheeseburgers. The gravy that is served with the chicken tenders is so delicious. The food is always delicious. This is our favorite Dairy Queen location!“

“I'm surprised the ratings aren't higher for this Dairy Queen. It's actually very good. I visited on June 4, 2023 and once before that. I can't complain, I got a three piece chicken tender meal with a fudge sundae for $7. I was surprised to be served gravy with the tenders so I asked for barbecue dipping sauce. The first time I asked for an extra one and was charged $.75 which wasn't bad for the size of the sauce. I don't eat gravy but I did try it and it was actually good. I don't think I've ever had white gravy(it was sausage gravy I think, that's what it tasted like. Overall, I was pleased. I didn't like the sprite, it was watery and didn't taste real good so I went back in and got some ice in my Bubba container.“

Today was the grand opening under new ownership and new management.
Tried the Panther Paw and I loved it! It was massive and delicious! Would 100% eat again. I'd eat another one now if I still wasn't so full. Also, I probably wouldn't be so full if I hadn't eaten the regular hotdog first or chased my burger with a small chocolate shake. By the way, the sauce on my hot dog was actually quite tasteful. I'm going to have to go back for onion rings and cheese sticks. Perhaps a chicken sandwich. My sister had the chicken basket and said the chicken was really good.

Despite it being the first day under new management and everyone being anxious/nervous they did really well!!!“

“It’s breathtaking. A McDonalds from the era when they were GOOD. As of June 2025 they still have the greatest roof ever to bless the American fast food scene. I hope the owner sees this and understands, we love the french fry roof and it should be protected at all costs. The french fry roof is a critically endangered species, we drove 2.5 hours just to see one again.“

“Our food was great. The employees were very friendly and the dining room was clean. My 8 year old was fascinated by the drink machine. To be honest, the drink machine is pretty amazing. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I had to rush my daughter so we could leave due to some other customers using terrible language. They were sitting fairly close and I’ll just say, they weren’t using their “inside voices”. My daughter doesn’t hear language like that at home and I don’t think she should have to hear it while dining out either. We will return to this location when we’re in the area, but we will most likely use the drive thru next time.“

I called in and told them that on my delivery, and they were very accommodating and respectful. I've ordered from here multiple times now, as well as dined in. I can personally say that this is the best restaurant I have attended in the state of West Virginia. Not only is the customer service amazing but the food is delicious! “I have always loved Wendy's however I seem to have a lot of difficulties at this particular Wendy's located in South point Ohio my order is constantly wrong the other day they allowed me to drive away without bank card and when I tried to call back to let them know I was on the way back to the store to pick it up there was no answer I continue to call 15 phone calls later still no answer I was forced to call my bank and cancel my card I do not like this Wendy's I'm constantly having problems with my orders being wrong or they don't give you condiments or they forget to give you spoons and straws it's always something I would really like to see them get it together sorry so long but it has been a nightmare and it's all been in the last month or so“

“I went there on lunch and was disappointed by the sliders I had received but I called and the manager on nights made it right and added extra. As a previous manager of an Arbys I know the ounce that go on a slider and this was just pitiful what I received the first time. They do clean up after you leave but you have to order at the counter and then find a seat when you find a seat. Your table is still dirty. You have to clean the table before you can even sit down.
