“Called in for takeout order weekday about 7:30 pm. Just ordered General Tso chicken with rice and some egg rolls. I had high expectations but shouldn't have been so optimistic. After three-minute drive home, I dove in and found the egg rolls simply perfect with a thick, chewy, crispy, bumpy skin and a warm but fresh cabbage / pork filling. Delicious with some hot mustard!I was disappointed with the texture of the fried rice and it was dry and crumbly and impossible to eat with a fork (let alone chopsticks). The ckicken was surrounded with a tasty and tangy sauce. But then, I tried to eat the terribly overcooked (maybe rewarmed from the buffet) that was tough to chew and lacked any inside moisture. The least desirable meal I have ever experienced at Long Spring.Vegetarian options: Freshly cooked vegetables are a very good option. We wanted some protein and spice so chose Gen Tso Chicken but should have gone with the vegetables.“

“One of the best dine in or take out Asian restaurants in the area. They serve Chinese, Japanese and even Thai cuisine. Sushi menu was excellent. Food was fresh and delicious. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Definitely a pleasant experience and I will go back.“
