“WARNING! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!! The food and service were horrible. They served burnt flour chips and didn't bring out a new order of them until the food had been served. Three of us were served burnt chimichangas, and my guacamole was old and bad (had a brown tint). When the server came back after 10 minutes to check on us, and I told him about the guacamole, I was offered more bad guacamole, but no replacement of my chimichanga that had the bad guacamole on it. I sent it all back and will not return to this Tres!“

“I had the tilapia ceviche. At 1st they didn't have the fish, only shrimp. But to make it happen they perhaps poached the fish, then mixed with the remaining ingredients. My companions ordered nachos and burrito and felt jipped. The nachos were placed on top of quest and got soggy. The burrito was described as not much more than a fast food version.
I chose a Dos xx amber beer from tap and was very happy with my meal. With the 20% gratuity we walked out paying over $80, so a little pricey.“

“This is one of the best Taco Bell’s I’ve ever been to, food was all super fresh, crispy and delicious. Plus the workers greeted me the minute I walked and I got my drink for my mobile order before my food was ready. All my modifications were correct and food came out quickly.“

“This is the best Taco Bell of my life. The tacos and everything was made with plenty of meat and all. We stopped here on our way back from Malibu Jacks heading home to Saint Albans. They moved the line well and the employees were so nice. The cravings box menu choices are simply amazing. Best Taco Bell! And it's beautiful with the string lights outside.“

“FOR A TACO BELL... this was HANDS DOWN the nicest staff and cleanest restaurant (on BOTH sides of the counter) I've ever been to EVER across 10 states.
Mind you, it's TACO BELL, so I won't call it Mexican Food... It's AMEREXICAN at best... But it was hot, fresh and served with the best customer service from the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out. We weren't FORCED to use the automated ordering teller (like other locations do even though able bodied people are working behind the counter) and we were very impressed with witnessing their team cohesion and group support of one another. ABSOLUTELY worth it for fast food. Tough to find in that kind of environment! The Exit 15 Taco Bell in Huntington, WV will be our go-to... Otherwise it's a crap shoot.“
