“In Charleston, W VA we had JJ's deliver to our hotel in the City Center. In a few minutes the delivery came by a young man on a bicycle, He met me in the lobby and was very professional. The food was delicious and the Customer Service was top notch! This prompts us to try our own JJ's new in our city of Henderson, KY.“

“The lady behind the counter was so nice. She definitely had her hands full being she was the only one there. “I highly recommend going to Subway if they have really good food there which we all know just know what you want when you get there because the girl there rode her eyes at my daughter when my daughter got nervous and didn't want to tell her what she wanted and the girl laughed about it when she wrote her eyes at her I didn't think that was really nice but she made good food just she's bad customer service skills but so good place to go I highly recommend it“
“Went here for the first time and the owner behind the counter was INSANELY NICE. He showed me everything he served and let me take my time in ordering. The service was quick helpful and an enjoyable experience. The food is great. I recommend the cajun chicken. My only regret is how fast i scarfed down the food i wish i savored it more. Definitely recommend.“

“I made a trip to kanawha City this evening and was surprised to see a stand alone Charley's Cheesesteak restaurant that's located close to Lowe's.
The drive thru was fairly busy so I went inside to eat, the food was very good and even though they were very busy, it didn't take long to get my food.“

“The poor guy working behind the counter. No one else was working. He had the lunch rush of people standing at the counter waiting to be waited on, plus all the call orders to fill. He was a very nice man. He explained to customers that he would get to them as fast as he could. He was very polite and curiosity. Working to make each customer feel special as he made sandwiches. This store should be proud to have a employee like this gentleman. Sorry I didn't get his name. I was there on Friday December 1, 2023 at 11:45am.“

“This location is my favorite. The sandwiches are always made to perfection. They don't mash the bread into a tortilla - veggies are spread evenly, the meat is correct, and the staff are beyond helpful. We have never had a bad experience at this location. The staff is friendly, polite, and efficient.“

“I love this subway. The employees make you feel at home. Autumn, Tyler, Glenna, and Sara go above and beyond on making the best sandwich around. They are fast and very polite. If there is any problem they will ALWAYS fix it. Unlike other subways, they DONT make your sandwich so messy that you should just have ate it with a fork instead. They take their time ensuring every customer has a great experience. It’s worth the stop.“
