I have tried calling the martinsburg store and I can not get threw.Im very disappointed.I always order from them
Driver placed the pizzas on the ground in front of our door and left. no knocking, no doorbell, nothing. we have 2 large dogs that would have barked up a storm if either had happened.
We didn't even know the food was here until we checked the app.
Great staff !!! Delivery guy was very friendly and professional ... it’s the first time I’ve had Papa Johns and it’s just a bit “microwave pizza” -ish

For the longest time, some customers quit eating Papa John's as the sauce was too sweet, but with the new sauce, the garlic is amazing and the regular sauce is much better. They highly recommend the stuffed crust with garlic sauce. A large pizza is huge and fed them for 2 days. Some customers have experienced difficulties with the ordering process, citing language barriers and lengthy wait times, and some feel they skimp on toppings when using discount codes, leaving bare dry spots on the pizza.
