Walked in and the lady working greeted my husband by just saying “what.” He ordered 2 chocolate milkshakes, the girl working put her head in her hands, sighed, and said “we just cleaned the machine.” My husband said forget about it and walked out. The last several times I have been I have had nothing but terrible service, workers are always super rude and have bad attitudes. Will not be going back
I never leave negative reviews, but the treatment we received at the Bridgeport location was unacceptable. I'll start with the quality of coffee and foods. Coffee is mediocre, but a fun coffee shop vibe. Sweet treats are always tasty, and my grandsons love going to the coffee shop when I come to visit it's "our thing" as the boys like to say.
