KFC in Morgantown

“I had called an order in for a birthday party.. whomever I talked to didn't write it down.....I called about 15 minutes before I was going to arrive and the person that answered said they couldn't find my order and didn't have it ready......he then asked how soon I was going to be there and I told him.....he replied it will be ready when you get here.....10 minutes later I walked in and they had it ready to go!!!! This guy saw where someone had made an error and he fixed it asap!! I was super happy and impressed they got such a large order ready so fast! This was the Sabraton location. These guys need a big raise!! I will order again here in the future!! Very very happy!! Excellent management skills from the guy on the phone !! They were all very very nice as well! Gave me a bunch of sauces!!“

“Really miss grilled chicken! Ended up at this place when I went to Wendy's up the road while on my way from Ohio to Virginia, and the doors were locked despite there being customers at booths. I really had to use the restroom, and there's plenty of other places to eat that aren't just using their drive thrus. So here I came for better food anyway.“
