KFC in Pittsburgh

“This spot is one of the best locations ever. The employees are hardworking sweethearts too— they even recognize me and remember my name! The food, while certainly not fine dining, is always warm and fresh. Again, it is fast food but the service is fantastic and food is too. Everyone needs to recognize these hard workers. They feed us!!“

“There was a guy who waited on me tonight. I believe he said his name was Darren. Absolute delight to have him behind the counter. 10/10. if he’s not a manager I hope he gets promoted because he has the people skills for it. I was having a bad night until my interaction with him.“

“The workers there were amazing they were short staff and the inside was packed as well as the drive thru when the customers started getting upset because of the wait. They listened stayed calm and continued on preparing the orders. Customer service is not easy and big ups to those three ladies who did what they needed to do while under pressure. They were amazing 👏“

“My worst complaint was we waited 5-10 minutes upfront to give our order, staff was busy but they all acknowledged us and no one spoke to us.
The food was good no complaints.
The staff was super busy so I gave them the benefit of doubt and 4 stars.“

“Jase openned the door for us at 11:28/29. Normally the girls refuse to open the door even a minute early. I come with client who especially loves kfc. He was in incredibly kind and patient with us. (Easy on the eyes too, lots of tatoos). It has been a really long time since I had such a wonderful fastfood experience. That man needs a raise.“

“I just had the best bucket of chicken in my life at KFC! This manager must be on the ball, because She/He definitely changes the frying oil! You can tell that the chicken wasn't over fried or greasy! Great tasting! Most of the time I get chicken at KFC, it's over fried and greasy! I'll be coming back to this place!“
