Just pulled up to drive thru on a Friday evening at 9pm. Lights on, says open until 10:30pm. Sit in drive thru for 5 mins with no one taking my order. Pull up to window to try and order there, look in and no one around. This has happened before. Seems like they come and go as they please with no structure.
I got a pot pie mashed potatoes & a drink what am I suppose to wipe my hands on my shirt no napkins no utensils so now I’m at work and can’t eat because kfc didn’t give me napkins nor utensils my head was hurting oh so bad and all I wanted was a pot pie to make me feel better

No chicken ready no French fries all served talk very low couldn't hear them asked them to speak up and got up set with me. Chicken was very unsettling grease soak. I hope you do something with them
