Sargasso is a restaurant suitable for dinner with friends, offering a calm atmosphere and friendly staff. The food is good, with chefs and waiters accommodating special requests. However, the restaurant falls short in terms of ambiance, with some reviewers finding the atmosphere cold and lacking in decor. The wine list is a highlight, but some dishes may not meet expectations. Service can be inconsistent, with some instances of poor communication and unfulfilled promises.
