I’m not a big fan of the new style of Steak and Shake. This used to be a sit-down restaurant with waitresses, and now it’s more of a fast food joint. pretending to be better than it is. The problem is that for a fast food joint, they’re kind of on the slow side. On top of that, the parking lot is really rough. There’s barely enough room for the drive-through. It’s in a very bad location, honestly, and I don’t know why they decided to build there.
I ordered 3 combo meals (Door Dash) with 3 milkshakes. Received zero milkshakes & Door Dash wants me to take a picture to get a refund. Driver denies seeing any. Tried calling. No answer. Will never order again.
I want to like this place so bad for their quality ingredients but no matter what time we come here or it if busy or slow the food is always cold. Fries are always overcooked and cold and the burgers are like they waited 10 minutes to give us old ones. It’s just such a disappointment.
