“So grateful and impressed! There was a mix up on my take out order and I called to inform a staff member. She immediately transferred me to the manager. With no hesitation, they refunded my order and called back 15 minutes later stating they have kept it warm if I wanted to go back. I was truly thankful for their kindness and prompt attention! The burritos were delicious and loved the queso and chips! 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

Contacted the store and Melissa was also befuddled as to what happened.
Like a magician she was able to knock out 2 of the family feast in 45 minutes. I literally walked through the door and was announcing my name for pickup.
