“Yesterday me and my sons met my sister n law for coffee at ABC Coffee Shop! We had the most amazing experience. The barista was very friendly and helpful. My two sons are 11 and 4, they ordered hot chocolate and because it was for children she suggested that she not make it so hot for them. I thought that was very sweet and thoughtful! The coffee I got was absolutely amazing and brewed just perfect! The students that were in there studying was extremely friendly and welcoming! There was some students making balloon rocket backpacks and they gave them to my sons. I would love for the locals to learn more about this coffee shop and support it!! I highly recommend you try it!!!!!“

“I was looking for a place halfway between Lewisburg and Charleston with things for kids to do. The Chocolate Moose was perfect. Our bunch of three adults and six kids was a lot - a lot of noise, and a lot of energy. The staff handled our coffee (delicious!) and ice cream requests with patience and smiles. Because of The Chocolate Moose a crew of kid cousins who don’t get to visit with each other very often had a great afternoon together playing mini golf, eating ice cream and playing board games. We will be back as soon as we can.“

“My husband and I are traveling from Xenia OH to Charlotte NC and stopped in Beckley VA for lunch. We wanted something sweet to eat and googled "bakery near me". Kenzie's Kakes came up and down the road we went. I liked the catchy name and thought surely this place has to be good--and it was! The cake balls were the best I've had (not overly sweet) and also enjoyed the Reeses cupcake. So glad you became part of our travels!!“

I stopped in here a day before the New River Gorge Bridge Day Event to do some studying and for the first time ever I was offered a sample at my table. It might not seem like much to get a small sample, but they put in the extra effort and it shows they actually care about their job; A little goes a long way! It’s the simple things like observing caring relationships between the employees and local regulars as they remake drinks with a smile, ensuring perfection during the morning rush, and making sure customers leave satisfied too. “Was driving across the country and stopped in here for gas and snacks. It was clean, well lit, and the people were friendly.

All of the items were neatly on the shelves and the entire store was tidy. It made for a pleasant experience.

The restroom was clean and well lit as well. Plus the gas was reasonable.
