I have always been greeted and made to feel welcomed, except last night 3/3/21 the girl working acted like it was a bother to wait on me! She was so unfriendly, didn’t say thank you actually she did speak to me at all! I would like the managers to know this. I am not one to complain, I also work with the public. She was just plain rude!!!“

“My husband and have ordered several times at the Saint Albans location recently. We moved here in 2016 and are just recently gave it a try. The food is amazing every time we order. The restaurant is always clean , but most importantly the staff has been so great every single time we've come! Even when they have been slammed buisy they greet us kindly as soon as we walk through the door, and take out order. This has been the best place for us to eat at in all of Saint Albans. “Super kind and helpful staff!! Immaculate kitchen and dining area! Bright and well lit. Safe and near gasoline and shopping. Probably the healthiest choice on this exit from I64. Close to hotels and casino. Across from the City National Bank. Great sweet tea! We had the Turkey Caprese sub and the Steak Sub. Both faired very well after a few hours boating. Kept them in the sun to stay toasty ❤️‍ if ur a sweet tea fan-one of the Best! Pay attention pulling in and out of parking lot -folks drive a bit crazy on this curved sloped road. Lots of people pulling in and out. Stay safe!

Vegetarian options: You can order anything my basically minus the proteins! Great fresh selections!

Parking: Pay attention to turning lane-at Speedway. Drive thru is short as well.

“I got 12 inch chicken teriyaki and it hardly had any teriyaki sauce on the sub itself. Warmed it up when I got home and added Lowry’s teriyaki marinade to it. I gotta tell ya it made one big difference. Idk what kind of sauce y’all use but maybe try something more salty or add more next time. Other than that it was good!“
