“I moved to the area a few years ago, and had wanted to stop many times. I finally did, and loved the atmosphere so much, it has become my go to. Its basically an everyone knows everyone kind of place, friendly staff, good usuals, and the food is well above the normal for a bar and grille. We honestly have cravings for their steak sandwiches at least once a week and have to pop in. You won't regret stopping in for some food,a drink,and conversation. We've never had any sort of issue at Franklin's as we have at a few other places. Love love love it!“

We were there at a not so busy time of day, so food came quickly, but music was way too loud. Portions were nice, but the
Fettucini Alfredo Chicken could have been better. The noodles were a bit on the gummy side, and the broccoli was a bit overcooked, which made it unappealing, but I was hungry enough to eat it.

Parking: There is plenty of parking. I usually don't have a problem finding a parking space.

Kid-friendliness: The staff are very kind to my kids every time we take them here. One of the waitresses took special care of my daughter by making absolutely sure that her meal was entirely dairy-free when she was told that my daughter might be lactose intolerant. I have always been impressed with how the servers have treated my kids while dining here.“

“We went there to have a nice dinner and celebrate our anniversary. The food was incredible. Our server was absolutely incredible the way she took care of us but the place was like eating at McDonald's playground or romper room. I don't understand people bringing in uncontrolled kids and sitting there with screaming babies knowing everyone is being disturbed and they don't bother to leave the room or control their kids. I don't think some of these restaurants that adults go to. They are wanting that type of atmosphere to try to have dinner and talk to the person and be able to hear the person across the table from them without the ear. Piercing shrills going on around them by ignorant people who don't seem to have any respect for other people trying to enjoy their evening and their dinner.

“The staff was friendly. We did have to notify the bar tender that we had arrived because it's seat yourself. The booths needed wiped down and she was happy to do it.The large salad was absolutely a large!! It was a simple salad with fresh crisp lettuce and red ripe tomato. The house dressing is fantastic! The ribeye sandwich with cheese on garlic bread was also extremely tasty! The meat was juicy and it had good flavor I think I would have enjoyed it even more with a slice of tomato on it!Overall, the meal was delicious. I will be back on our next visit to Clarksburg. I would definitely recommend eating here!!“

“While home for my 40th high school reunion no where else , I would rather eat (along with Oliverio’s) . Best sandwiches anywhere. Being from Pittsburgh, I grew up eating these huge sandwiches of deliciousness. We put French fries on our sandwiches. Very tasty . We had the pizza last night . Always fresh ingredients. “Hello I actually live in Pennsylvania and came here because I’m on a road trip and we got off I-79 to come eat. Best bob Evan’s I been to of the 3 I been to besides my local one. The servers here are nice The loaded mac and cheese bowl was good and amazing. I’m on a road trip to help my sister move in so that’s why. She is moving to North Carolina from Pennsylvania makes me think good days as I used to live in West Virginia :).
