“I have never felt unwanted as a customer as I did tonight
Worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant
Lady taking orders ignored me for 5 mins just stared at me like I was stupid then after standing there looking dumb for 5 mins or longer she decided to tell me she was just waiting on me and that she had to take my order thru drive thru side and while rushing my order out of me she then mid order decided to inform me that the lobby closes at 10 mind you had she taken my order when I had walked in I would have had time to dine in
I felt like she didn't want to clean up after us then proceeded to ask if I wanted to donate
Absolutely not after being treated like I'm a inconvenience for you to take my order and unwanted inside I will not donate
I will say that there was a lady in the back working that I had to ask for sauces and I apologized for asking she was nice smiled at me and said no apology necessary
The order taker rushed behind us like she was pushing us out the door so she could lock the door“

“The restaurant was clean and the service was very nice, but I'm mad about the lack of a changing table in the bathrooms for children. Yeah, I can change my child in the car, but it's uncomfortable for them since our trunk is full and they're out growing laying down on a seat.Also, the highway sign said there was a play place (not McDonald's fault really), but it's updated facility so there is not a play place.“

“We stopped at the Fayetteville McDonald's on our way to vacationing down south and I have to admit, when I first came into this location, I was blown away by how clean it was. We were then met by Diamond and blown away by their hospitality. Our food arrived, and Diamond was very attentive to our needs. I noticed our large waters were absent, so Diamond not only brought out our cups, they offered to get us out drinks as well. Diamond was extremely personable and friendly, conversing with us and making themselves available for anything we needed. What I didn't like was during a slow(er) period, Diamond was busting their tail to wipe down tables, contributing to the outstanding cleanliness I noted about the place. Unfortunately, the manager didn't think so and yelled across the restaurant for Diamond to assist with food and not clean. I always hate dining in a location and hearing a restaurants dirty laundry shouted across the floor. But I'm telling you-had we visited more McDonald's at the level of cleanliness as this shop, I think we'd be eating McDonald's a lot more. My perception would be much greater than what it currently is. Corporate needs to keep an eye out for this Diamond. Diamond embodies the McDonald's spirit and you all have a future leader on your hands. Promote and/or give this individual a raise!!“
