Holiday Lodge Hotel & Conference Center

Older hotel that is getting remodeled, but its cleanliness, current updates, and staff made it one of the best hotels I've stayed in. Huge shout out to the front desk employee Tomasa probably spelled that wrong but she was so sweet and funny, and definitely made our late check in relaxing and full of laughter.

We chose to stay here after our Airbnb canceled on us the day of check-in. This was the 4th of July weekend and we were in W.Va for a wedding. This hotel was very accommodating and met all our expectations.

This recently renovated property is beautiful!
The staff was very welcoming & friendly. The rooms were very clean & well furnished. Their complimentary breakfast was unlike no other with delicious food! Our compliments to the cook!!
I highly recommend staying here when you are in the Oak Hill, WV area.

Newly remodeled and absolutely gorgeous. Great staff!

Had to do an emergency booking at 11:00 at night when our campground flooded out. They were very nice upon checking in. Room was clean, quiet and ac worked well. Bathroom was clean and well equipped. Even though we booked through a third party app there wasn't any issues. Breakfast was very good. Especially the pancakes.

The remodel is just so nice, and the staff friendly! We used the hospitality room for ourc53rd class reunion. Spacious. Comfortable! Loved it! Will pass on the word! They have done a great job with it!!

We had a mini class reunion here (GBHS '73) and used the hospitality suite. A few classmates also reserved rooms. The suite, lobby, rooms and staff were all top notch. Everything newly remodeled and absolutely beautiful!!! We could not have had a better experience. If you are looking for a place to stay while visiting the New River Gorge National Park & Preserve, this is an excellent location. You will not be disapointed. Thank you Paul Witt and your amazing staff for an unforgettable fun evening.

The location to the New River Gorge National Park is less than 15 minutes. Great location. TV was not working properly but the staff with their knowledge of the area were able to give us some great ideas of where to hike, fish, swim etc.

This place just reopened after an obvious renovation. The staff was great and the rooms were awesome for the price we paid. Located right off 19 with easy access to everything Fayetteville has to offer it was perfect for our trip.

My husband and I travel often and we were looking for a hotel on the upscale side of things. We opted for this hotel over another that was around $60 cheaper.

I appreciated the clean room and friendly service but was highly disappointed in the following:
-cold shower. As a traveler we are aware sometimes you just need to let the water flow. The night of I had let water run for 12 minutes. The morning of I let it run for 8 minutes without any change in temperature.
-our cable did not work
-the fan of the ac unit was working however, the cooling element wasn’t.
-not a big deal but the pancake maker was out of service for breakfast

I was told that we would be receiving a discounted rate and was instead charged the full amount.

Stayed four nights at the Holiday Lodge lovely room, clean, great staff nice continental breakfast. I would definitely recommend His hotel if you’re staying in this area, very good value for what you get. We were very pleased.

Newly renovated. All amenities are new and well done, not cheap. Good, hot breakfast and plenty of parking. Located right off of 19.

YIKES! I want to alert potential customers to the fact that the Hotel Overview is outdated and Not Correct. There is No functioning pool or Hot Tub. The photo of the remodeled entrance and reception area is correct and it is lovely, but MISLEADING as the rest of the hotel is old and in need of renovations.
When we entered the parking lot, there were literally only 3 other cars and I think two were contractors/employees. 😬
We stayed one night and I will say our room was newly remodeled and very comfortable with just a slight smell of funk.😄😁

This hotel has been transformed and has truly come to life! It’s such a beautiful and modern addition to the New River Gorge area! What Oak Hill, WV needed and more!
