I went thru the drive thru at 9:47pm on 7-25-22. I ordered two 4 for 4s and 2 biggie bags and a jr strawberry frosty. When I got to the window the young blonde working the window gave me my drinks and I immediately noticed that my 2 cokes were almost clear therefore the coke was out. I asked her to change them and she refused to change the coke. Said that it would take 15-20 mins for it to filter the old out and the new in which is obviously not true. My boyfriend and i went to get some food today around 4 pm and when we pulled up to the window I asked for some extra ranch and the cashier stated there was 1 in the bag I said may I have 1 more and she got her manager who insisted that he could charge me if I wanted another one! Not to mention every bit of our food had been setting out a while it was very cold. Very disappointed in our visit today.
