5 Best Fast Food Restaurants near Pineville

“One of the best fast food experiences I've had anywhere in years. The lady at the drive through window was friendly and kind, the food was incredible. Everything was hot and fresh and they have old school XL drink cups! My bbq tenders were put inside a box inside the box that held the rest of my food. Here in Beckley they just throw it all inside together and everything gets covered in bbq sauce ? It was just an excellent experience and I wanted someone in management to know!“

“I have dined here many times and have only had one issue with the food. The problem I had was that a worker filled my nugget order with what had to be the " nugget shake" or "nugget schwag" at the bottom of the bag. If you have had the pleasure of sampling Arby's nuggets you will understand that they blow all other fast food nuggets away.

I wasn't able to return my nugget shake because I picked it up through the drive through and was already miles down the road when I uncovered true horror.

Because I am a busy body, I reached out to corporate headquarters. I actually praised them in this email. I left the transaction number in hopes of them tracking down the batch number....hoping that they could improve how the nuggets are packaged.
Plus, it would have been nice to at least get my nuggets compensated, but I all I received was a letter thanking me for my email!

Back to this particular location: The physical, sit down portion of the restaurant always looks GREAT. Cleanliness goes a LONG way in this business.

Customer service is hit or miss. Some make us feel welcome while others are like the iced over dead, yet none are gregarious.

Speed at the drive through leaves much to be desired. I assume its the companies fault for not staffing the location with the appropriate number of workers. I'd be willing to bet that they don't allow people fulltime work either.... :(

Overall, this place has amazing, fresh food that is served in a calmly lit atmosphere.“

“Taco Bell is one of my favorite go to places to eat, awesome food that's always hot when ready to eat, quality of food is superb, the service is good with staff being a little on the quiet side, the food takes a few minutes longer than average to get but it is well worth the wait, I mean what's a few minutes for quality, taste, service & overall awesome food! “McDonald's is a very busy and popular eating spot in this small town, I must say that when ordering inside being it to go or dine in, there is almost no waiting time, very short line if any. The service is very prompt and sometimes courteous, I feel like the staff could use a few lessons in being helpful and friendly. The food has gotten better about being hot“
