Campestre in Princeton, WV, is a favorite Mexican spot, recommended by locals. The decor is typical Mexican, and the Cinco de Mayo celebration was light. The margaritas were top-notch, and the Fajita Burritos and Chicken Chimichanga were delicious. The steak was tender, and the chicken was moist and flavorful. Despite some sweet queso-like sauce, the food was a pleasant surprise in Appalachia. The service was good initially, but waned after the meal. While not meeting the standards of a Los Angeles native, the carne asada super burrito was decent.
