“Pretty cool little bar. Slot machines, live music, typical bar food. Got hit with a cover charge when there was live music, but the band was decent, so if the band got paid with it, no biggie. Forgot the name, but it was 3 guys playing mostly classic rock type stuff, with a surprising variety, and played pretty well. Drinks were decent and generously poured and prices were fair. Pretty much the only joint to grab a drink at night in town that doesn't require a brown paper bag, so there's that too. But it's a cool little small town bar, with it looks like original architecture and neat art deco looking ceiling tiles inside that give it a real old timey roaring 20's feel“
“Since I have lived in Romney the food leaves a lot to be desired but not this place!! We have ordered from here at least 3 times take out and never been dispointed! The food is always fresh and delicious my boyfriend picks it up and tells me the staff is always polite. This is absolutely our go to!“
“Yes this cute little place is tiny but when the food is this good, the service friendly and the atmosphere authentic, I don't mind being a little cramped. I had their deluxe omelette and it was great. Tastes like quality ingredients... much better than Denny's or Applebees. I don't live in the area anymore but will make a point to drop in again whenever I can.“
“This was a classic small town diner. The place is not posh by any means. We ate with farmers from the area and listened to their tales and troubles. The food was excellent, the service was exceptional and the price was almost too low for the servings we received.“
