“Great place to visit after getting off the trail at Frostburg. They had pizza, wings, and more. A great supply of beer at decent prices. The service was friendly and efficient. On this particular Saturday, they had multiple big TVs with multiple football games on.“
“Very local bar. Everyone stared at me the the first time I went, but ultimately all were welcoming and I made a few friends. Surprisingly good wings on wing night (Monday).... they take a while to prepare because of the line but good excuse to relax with a beer.“
“This was a place that came up for our search off the Highway. Place was very nice for appearance. Parking lot was pretty full for a Sunday. Sat at the bar due to too long of a wait. Service was great. I need GF so I Ordered crab soup, stuffed mushrooms for apps, dinner I had steak filet w crab meat, baked potato and Caesar salad. It was DELICIOUS! Hard cider on tap, ended w a delicious cup of coffee. There are GF options!“
“I won't lie, this place pleasantly surprised me. I mean- a beach themed place in the mountains and a college town... my expectations were low. But wow did they impress at every level. As a water/beach loving girl, the ambiance (to include a sand pit) was so perfect I could almost make myself believe I WAS at the beach. Our server was so friendly and on top of it. Our drinks never went empty and she made several great recommendations to improve our experience. And then the food. We devoured the cheese fries. Even my friend who doesn't like cheese fries are them. Something about that Gouda sauce instead of cheddar.... We had shrimp and fish tacos and a chicken sandwich. The tacos were fresh and delish. The chicken sandwich wasn't anything special but hit the spot if that's your thing. And we liked that you could choose what sauce to have the chicken dipped in. This might become a must stop anytime I am driving by on I-70!!!!“

“My husband and I went for a quiet, relaxing Anniversary weekend. Our expectations were exceeded on all levels.Rooms: Our log cabin was perfect. All amenities were present. Fireplace. 2 sinks. Fridge. Delicious coffee.Should have packed slippers for wood floors.Nearby activities: Hiking trails were diverse and well maintained.Safety: Never gave it a thought...in the middle of the woods.Food & drinks: Dinners were wonderful...service, ambience, selection top notch and fairly priced.Noteworthy details: Every staff member we met was well informed and pleasant.“
“After riding the WMR from Cumberland to Frostburg, we had a little more than an hour before our return. We chose to pop into the Princess Restaurant for a late lunch. Our waitress Sam was personable and attentive. My husband ordered the Princess burger with fries and gravy. I had a Reuben with fries. Both were tasty. Listening to the banter of the employees made us chuckle. The decor was definitely retro diner. I was disappointed that the table jukes were out of order. Make sure you try some of the peanut butter and coconut cream eggs. Yum!“
“I am normally very picky when eating out at places, due to the fact that there is no consistency between cooks. This was our first time eating here, and although the prices are a little high, the food was absolutely amazing. Everything was cooked perfectly. If you leave there still hungry then that's on you because they make sure you get big portions. We will 100% be coming back again very very soon.“
“Been over a year since I ate here. But I will be back more. Food was delicious. Had Maryland Chicken my wife had Southwest salad, son had Salmon and granddaughter had buffalo chicken salad. Everyone loved it. Waitress was very nice and experienced. ?“
“We love a good hometown breakfast and this place hits the nail on the head. I commend them for their quality food.. homemade biscuits, pancakes with a crisp edge, and no slippery oiled eggs like the chain restaurants have. Sausage Gravy was flavorful and also homemade, not from a can. Sausage patties also look hand pattied and not brought in frozen. Everything was cooked perfectly. All that and it is fairly priced!Could use some new seats but that doesn't matter... the food matters.“
“Just me Ashley , I'm from West Virginia and living in Florida and all my family are the Readds I try to visit once a year and when I ate there for the first time was EXCELLENT!!!!!! Will be up to visit the 4th of July week!!! See you all soon!! Food is great! My kids will visit with me! Excited!!!! Food there is so much better there than here!!!!“
“Amazing! The girl at the register was so friendly and helpful. It was a very welcoming atmosphere. It was also very busy but they had plenty of seating. The bagel with goat cheese, honey, black pepper, and blueberries is a must try! I thought the Vietnamese coffee would be sweeter but I still enjoyed it. And the owner is really nice. I highly recommend this place.“
