Romney DQ amazing staff and even better managers always accommodate special orders. Staff is so nice and witnessed a manager go out of his way to make sure a customer had exactly what she wanted, improvised on the spot when they didn't have the specific color icing the customer requested but made sure to give plant of options and make sure the customer was fully satisfied. Love going here for lunch and some icy treats.
Excellent service! I live 2 hours away and I would definitely go back not because I don't have one near me but bc of the great service and people there. Everyone from the cashiers to cooks to the people who brought out food and even the other customers; everyone was just amazing! ? Recommend

I've been to many Dairy Queens. This one is the best by far! The burgers are not only the best, but they actually come out looking as good as the ones on TV! I would never say that about any other fast food restaurant! Staff is friendly. I've only been through the drive thru so I can't comment on the atmosphere or the inside of the building. GREAT JOB ROMNEY D.Q.!!!!!!
