“Bruno’s has been our go-to spot ever since they opened! We have been well over 20 times now and we have always had a a phenomenon experience. I’ve tried most of the menu at this point and everything has such elevated flavor while still feeling like comfort food. The specials are always out of this world delicious. You can tell so much hard work and creativity go into each dish. We’ve also attended a few wine dinners and loved them as well. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable about current food and drinks. The decor is so fun and beautiful, I love how they kept some of the original building’s charm. Bruno always makes it a point to personally stop and talk with us each visit and you just can’t beat that kind of hospitality. Would recommend Bruno’s to anyone looking for a cozy, elevated Appalachian dining experience.”

“This was our first visit, and after spending 32 years in Arizona, finding a Mexican restaurant that actually tastes like the food we love has been a real challenge since moving back. However, this place is by far the BEST we’ve found! The flavors were on point and took us right back home. The only disappointment was the tortillas — the menu mentions “homemade,” but we were served Mission tortillas instead. Fresh, homemade tortillas would’ve really elevated the meal. That said, everything else was absolutely delicious, and we’ll definitely be back! 🌮🔥”

I have a lot of stomach issues and there has been so many times that Pulp has come in clutch for me not being able to tolerate solid foods to have something nutritious in my stomach. My favorite smoothie is the Blue Spirulina Smoothie. I highly recommend it. The Ginger shots are also amazing. 1000000 times better than Smoothie King.”

“This is one of my favorite restaurants, ever! I love to bring my out of town family and friends here and always recommend this place to clients. Ive dined here for many holidays, special occasions, last minute dinners, or “just because” at brunch, lunch, and dinner for years and have never ever had a bad experience. They’re creative with their menu options but also have dishes for the pickier eaters - they definitely know how to make a dish their own and every bite is full of flavor. One of my personal favorite dinner options is the salmon and/or their grilled chicken with the tzatziki but my NEW favorite is the bourbon peach glazed pork chop 😍 SO flavorful and the portion is just right, extra good with sweet potato fries and their honey glazed carrots. They’re always improving and curating cool dishes. Cocktails always hit just right, wide variety of local beers, etc. Staff is always accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable. Playlists always hit, vibes are always high, and the atmosphere is cozy. They keep the place super clean and I’ve always felt safe and comfortable to enjoy myself - no matter if I’m there 45 minutes or hours. Love it here!”

“We always enjoy Waffle House. Breakfast is our to go food. There are two waffle Houses in our area. I like both but the one on 29th street in Huntington WV is my favorite. There is a young waitress there. I think her name is Shanti but I’m not positive. I have a 13 year old grandson who has had trouble with bullying and has difficulties with making friends. She teases him and is extra friendly to him. She calls him Mr. Long Hair because he like a lot of teenage boys has long hair. He loves going to Waffle House and his mental attitude has changed so much. We are very appreciative of her. She is what Waffle House is. Going home where you feel comfortable and eating a good meal with family and friends.”

“I loved my Singapore noodles and thought the portion size was perfect. My Waze navigation didn’t quite get me to their door, but I found them by calling. The inside wasn’t that decked out, but they were very friendly. This is great for takeout.”
