“Our daughter is battling cancer and she wanted to check out Billy Bobs. We drove there today and it was amazing. All the workers were very kind and easy to communicate with. The animatronics were awesome as well. Lastly the food was the best we have had in place like this in a long time. If the scale was a 1 - 10 I would give them a 15. If the scans go well for her, we will be back.”

“This is one of my favorite restaurants, ever! I love to bring my out of town family and friends here and always recommend this place to clients. Ive dined here for many holidays, special occasions, last minute dinners, or “just because” at brunch, lunch, and dinner for years and have never ever had a bad experience. They’re creative with their menu options but also have dishes for the pickier eaters - they definitely know how to make a dish their own and every bite is full of flavor. One of my personal favorite dinner options is the salmon and/or their grilled chicken with the tzatziki but my NEW favorite is the bourbon peach glazed pork chop 😍 SO flavorful and the portion is just right, extra good with sweet potato fries and their honey glazed carrots. They’re always improving and curating cool dishes. Cocktails always hit just right, wide variety of local beers, etc. Staff is always accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable. Playlists always hit, vibes are always high, and the atmosphere is cozy. They keep the place super clean and I’ve always felt safe and comfortable to enjoy myself - no matter if I’m there 45 minutes or hours. Love it here!”

“We always enjoy Waffle House. Breakfast is our to go food. There are two waffle Houses in our area. I like both but the one on 29th street in Huntington WV is my favorite. There is a young waitress there. I think her name is Shanti but I’m not positive. I have a 13 year old grandson who has had trouble with bullying and has difficulties with making friends. She teases him and is extra friendly to him. She calls him Mr. Long Hair because he like a lot of teenage boys has long hair. He loves going to Waffle House and his mental attitude has changed so much. We are very appreciative of her. She is what Waffle House is. Going home where you feel comfortable and eating a good meal with family and friends.”

“Food was just ok. Didn’t have the beer we ordered. Didn’t have ribs. Didn’t have the rolls to serve with the pulled pork platter. Baked potato was super cold. We were the only customers for lunch. Maybe we should make sure it’s a busier time.”

“This was by far the absolute WORST Waffle House my family & I had ever been to. We stopped here for dinner on our way home from a family outing & I really wish we had not. We sat at the booth for well over 15 min. before anyone would acknowledge us or even come to our table. When the waitress with the pink hair finally did come, she was rude and complaining of other customers. It took her 10 min. just to bring our drinks, which she gave us no straws & my coffee was cold & tasted old. We never seen her again. She was to busy flirting with a group of guys. Eventually another waitress brought us our food 30 min. later & the order completely wrong. Guests who came in way after us received their food first. My husband & I were finished eating by the time our kids even got their food. Not one time was we offered a refill, ask how the food was or anything. BTW, the bacon was extremely burnt, the eggs were cold as well as the grits & they forgot half our order. What a mess, very unprofessional, the cook was not wearing gloves as he was preparing food & the bathrooms & restaurant was dirty. The worst experience dining out EVER!!! Save your time & money & do yourself a favor & just go to a different Waffle House.”

“Newly renovated. Fries are great in Beef Tallow than the unhealthy seed oils. Had a garlic burger, garlic sauce on the burger and garlic salt on the bun. It was awesome! Will return.”
