Perfectly acceptable ice cream and coffee. No problems, nothing extraordinary.

I came in while working, and I told the lady that the counter to make me something sweet cold and caffeinated. And they really made me happy. It was delicious mix of flavors. Will definitely be coming back

We have been visiting Alex and Amy’s for well over a year now, unfortunately the last few visits have been highly disappointing. We went in this evening at 7:30 pm on 6/1 as it was my birthday and we wanted to give it one more try! Store was a little busy, there were 3 young ladies working. Not one of them said hi, or greeted us in any welcoming manner. Just are you ready to order?
One at the register, two scooping. Once we stepped up to order it was like instant rush (honestly always kind of feels this way) but I just let it go. There was 6 of us, I checked the toast POS online via the website before we made the 25 minute trek there. Once we arrived out of the 17 flavors they had listed on toast as available there was only 10 flavors available to order from. We are also gluten free and go specifically for the cones, we were able to order two cones, one a regular one a mini and then were told they were out. Although the waffle maker was sitting just right there on the back counter, we’ve gone to many of ice cream shops that make them fresh to order and was highly disappointed they didn’t even offer and we would have been willing to wait. It was my birthday and I didn’t even get to order one thing I wanted. Which was pretty disappointing.

Overall the establishment is extremely unkept and very dirty. Floors are filthy, bathroom unkept, the trash by the front door with ice cream splatters from wall to floor. I would hate to see the kitchen if this is how the front of house looks. I get it, it’s hard finding good help, there are never any “managers” or what I would consider an adult there over seeings. Just some Young college/highschool girls running someone’s ice cream with little help, constantly behind, always running out or items and definitely not much time to clean- or so it seems.

I also added a few pictures of past orders for reference as we have truly been going here for a lone time, and have spent quiet a bit of money here.

Didn't wait long and was friendly and fast. Loved the ice cream and the chai latte. Definitely will be back my 3 year old enjoyed the ice cream. Best I've tasted around here!

We are frequent visitors to Amy and Alex’s for their ice cream and coffee. Their sourdough chocolate chip cookies are also the best cookies I’ve ever had. I recommend this shop to everyone who visits us. We used them to cater the desert at our wedding recently and everyone loved it!!

Husband and I stopped in for some ice cream and were pleasantly surprised! As many have said, they do not offer samples. However, their policy is to offer you a different flavor if you don’t like the one you initially pick, which is a great alternative. My husband had the salted caramel M&M ice cream, and I tried both the olive oil dark chocolate brownie and double cookies and cream flavors. All were fantastic, and we were given generous portions! The staff were friendly too. We will definitely be back!

OMGosh! This was such Fabulous Ice Cream Shop! The Quality was Outstanding!
It reminded me of Ice Cream from Years Ago! Their Sour Dough Chocolate Cookie was Amazing! The Girls were very Kind and Sweet! I was Riding By and Thought I would give it a try! Glad I Did! I Will Be Back!
