Went to Gino’s in Belle WV and staff was friendly and fast. There were two people that I saw working the store. My husband and I walked in and placed our order. After we went to the car to wait until the order was ready. Though busy at the time, one of the workers walked out into the parking lot with our food and found where we were and gave us our food. The food was delicious and had all the extra things like forks and Parmesan cheese conveniently placed in each appropriate item. Would 100% recommend. 4/24/2025
This place is awesome.
We went there for their Pizza Buffet that they have from 11am till 2pm.
The pizza was fresh and toasty hot.
The cleanest Buffet i have ever seen.
They work non stop in that place.
We will be back.
Terrible attitude here from people calling to be owners when asked to speak to a manger
Even though this restaurant flies under the banner of Gino's, it gives you the feel of a family owned Italian restaurant. One of the cleanest and friendliest restaurants around! A landmark in South Charleston for over 50 yrs.
Love!!!!!! Gino's, live out of state, but always our first stop.
Best buffet ever at this location!!!!
Food was good food, large portions, and reasonably priced. Ask about -- Super Tuesday details. Just a short walk from our hotel, always one of our dining options in our meal rotation for the week.

I LOVE Gino's food but can't recommend West Side or East End Washington Street locations. HORRIBLE customer service, rarely answer phone & then do so with hideous attitudes - even @ drive thru hear employees screaming profanities. Don't even think about dine in. Not sure what's more unsafe vagrants wandering in or employees screaming in the kitchens. Save yourself alot of stress & just drive to South Charleston - the only one that still has some customer etiquette. ?

Took a loooong time for anyone to acknowledge that I walked in. Finished their gossip conversation and then asked me if I needed anything. (I needed to order) And the TV that the workers watch was blaring some political news that no customers need to hear when they're just trying to eat a meal.
I called in a pick up order. The gentleman that took my order was very friendly. The same gentleman was at pick up window. He was so nice and made us feel welcome and appreciated our business. The pizza was delicious! We will definitely go back.
