This is my favorite place to eat, I had the ham pubwich and French fries. Everything was πŸ˜‹ delicious. I dined in.

Well, the food could have been great, had I gotten any. When I called I asked for the new thing stuffed cheese bread or something similar. They asked if it was the jalapeno which is an option for the new stuffed cheese bread. I said no I just wanted the 3 cheese kind. Apparently a large 3 cheese pizza is a new item and is the same price as the new stuffed cheese bread because that's what they presented me with when I got there and then wanted to argue that it was my fault for not being clear. Well, no. It is their fault for not paying attention. I mean, IS a Cheese Pizza a new item that is like a stuffed cheesy bread??? So yeah, then they wouldn't give me the wings I ordered either even though I told them to just keep the price of the Cheesy Bread as a tip for such great service. Said I was yelling. Yes, I was. Because i cannot breathe right now and was on my way to the ER. I have to hurk my words to be heard higher than a whisper. All they cared about was their own incompetence and embarrassment at getting my order incorrect to start with. And they charged my card as well! So no, I will not return even if this is, or was, the only ginos worth going to in this entire Kanawha Valley.

People kept telling me this location was better than others around the Charleston area! First time getting a small pizza today and it looks sloppy and thrown together last second. So sloppy I can’t pick it up and eat it. Disappointed to say the least. I’ll be reposting this review to Charleston Eats FB page as well. I hope they do better next time I was so excited to eat this pizza! :(

I ordered a pizzabread online to be picked up this evening from So. Chas. location. I usually love them but tonight was a disappointment. I asked for lots of extra sauce which it didnt and it had very little flavor. I live in Dunbar and I always get mine from So. Chas. but now I think I will have to go elsewhere.

We usually enjoy Gino’s. I like their meatball sub and my husband likes the ham. However, last night was a huge disappointment. I’m willing to give the benefit of the doubt since they were slammed and it was snowing. I was missing an order of fries. I should have checked before leaving, but with the snow and slippery roads, I didn’t. When it came to the fries I did receive, the portion was extremely small β€” less than a handful and for the price that was upsetting. Also, with the steak pubwich, I don’t think there was any cheese on it at all.

This is the best Gino’s in the state by far. Always good and the staff is friendly. Only complaint is the hours, but I understand being that this location is family owned. (They close at like 7 Saturday and are closed Sundays)

I received an order through door dash. Toppings were not correct and pizza was not cooked properly.

While visiting WVA my wife and I stopped by this Gino's Pizza & Spaghetti House in South Charleston for dinner two times. This was our first time at Gino's because we don't have them out west. We had the buffet which included five different pizzas, spaghetti and meat sauce, a great salad bar as well as free refills on your drinks. The prices, the service, and the food was great!
Thank You, We had a Great Experience!
