“Just passing through Charleston. We were just driving around and not too many places caught our eye. Saw Elephant Thai.... Food was absolutely exceptional. I had the Ginger stir fry with chicken., and some fried rice. Wow, out of this world good. It had onions, peppers, wood ear mushrooms, and chicken along with a side plate of rice. Service was excellent, place was clean, nice music, not loud. Lots of people!! Its already on my list for a return visit on return from travels farther west Again, an absolute hit with me..“

“Tied for first with first watch, Chow Thai is my favorite restaurant in Charleston. And it is mainly because of the Massaman yellows. It’s so good. I eat it constantly. With a side of bubble tea it’s a perfect meal. I cannot get enough and you get so much I can rarely eat it all. Bonus leftovers! The staff is so friendly and I have always had a good interaction with them. I’ve been 10 times plus and I am a customer for life. There are no bad items here either. Help me keep them in Charleston!Parking: Usually the free lot is available.
