Lately when I go, they act like they can't do it plain. I told the lady at the window that I've gotten it that way before and she told me they can only make it with the French vanilla cream, otherwise it would be a latte. I'm no coffee connoisseur but I know the difference between a cappuccino and a latte is the proportion of espresso to milk, not flavor. So...I guess I'm going to have to go to Coal River Coffee Company when I want a real cappuccino, just wish they had a drive through.“

“Today is my daughter’s Birthday. I wanted to surprise her with crumbl cookie. (Her favorite) Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, they were closed. A very polite young employee, told me I could return later and they would be open. I explained I had drove sum distance to get this gift for my daughter and would not be able to return later. Without hesitation, she ran to the back, returned with my order, and said, “tell your daughter, happy birthday from us”.
