“They did our wedding cake and it was absolutely STUNNING & tastes so amazing it was so fluffy and just sweet enough. We had vanilla cake with mixed berry icing on the inside with Vanilla on outside I believe and all of our guests remarked on how tasty and beautiful it was 10/10 recommend“

“Coal River coffee company was set up at the civic center for the boys state basketball tournament I got to the iced white chocolate latte and an iced Carmel latte and they both taste delicious and their workers were super nice! Will definitely recommend to my friends!“

“Very convenient coffee shop. Great food. They probably deserve 5 stars but i took one off because lately they cannot get my cappuccino right. I've ordered it there before without the flavor add in. Lately when I go, they act like they can't do it plain. I told the lady at the window that I've gotten it that way before and she told me they can only make it with the French vanilla cream, otherwise it would be a latte. I'm no coffee connoisseur but I know the difference between a cappuccino and a latte is the proportion of espresso to milk, not flavor. So...I guess I'm going to have to go to Coal River Coffee Company when I want a real cappuccino, just wish they had a drive through.“

“Today is my daughter’s Birthday. I wanted to surprise her with crumbl cookie. (Her favorite) Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, they were closed. A very polite young employee, told me I could return later and they would be open. I explained I had drove sum distance to get this gift for my daughter and would not be able to return later. Without hesitation, she ran to the back, returned with my order, and said, “tell your daughter, happy birthday from us”.
It’s hard to find caring service like this anymore. It’s people like this who truly understand, the key to great service is, ‘exceed expectations’.

“We had never been there before I went in to order a sheet cake and a smash cake for my son’s first birthday. The people working were so friendly and helpful, making sure we had been helped. They were closed the end of this week (when we needed the cake) due to their catering events, but still made the time to make sure we got our cakes for my sons birthday. The whole process to pickup was wonderful and very pleasant. They went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted. The cakes were adorable and tasted so good. I would definitely recommend 😊“
