“I’ve been here several times, have NOT ONCE, had a bad experience. Food has always been hot, fresh and delicious. Enjoyed every bite. Love the potato salad, cucumber and tomato salad, crab salad, both noodles, The egg custard cups are out of this world to die for.😋 In fact I made a mistake and took from the dinner bar, and was approached very nicely and discreet and was told that was for dinner, I said I’m sorry I’ll pay, he said no just a small mistake no charge. A kind and courteous young man. For those leaving bad reviews and not going back? Great more for me! My “ONLY Change to them” is to tare up the lettuce a little smaller for the salad and use real bacon bits. But still 5⭐️’s as far as I’m concerned!”

“We went there for our first time tonight with our daughter the food was great and the waiter we had he was awesome and good. He always ask us how everything was and if we needed anything else. I would go back again to the restaurant was really good and would recommended anyone to try it.”

“We order from Volcano a few times a month for our lunch on Thursdays and the service is outstanding. They help me carry the bags to my car, the order is always perfect - nothing ever forgotten or mistaken. One time I was pulling away and they called me to tell me they had one bag for us full of sauce and silverware and when I circled the parking lot, she was standing there waiting for me! They have the best sushi in town too. I wish I could give them 10 stars”

The atmosphere is unmatched, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the food is outstanding. Their Chilean sea bass, prime NY strip, escargot, and amazing meatballs are impeccable. Plus, they serve the freshest, piping hot bread in West Virginia. I always order the carrot cake for dessert (moist, flavorful & pleasing). Stefano's truly has it all!”

“So grateful and impressed! There was a mix up on my take out order and I called to inform a staff member. She immediately transferred me to the manager. With no hesitation, they refunded my order and called back 15 minutes later stating they have kept it warm if I wanted to go back. I was truly thankful for their kindness and prompt attention! “My son and his friends ate here when they first opened and loved it! He recommended to get it for dinner one night a little after 8pm we picked up our order realized my sons pizza wasn’t what we ordered so go let them know,they tell me the gave me a free pizza since didn’t have jalapeños. The supposedly free pizza was chicken bacon ranch which none of us would ever order since don’t like ranch. I would have ordered something else if they would have let us known they didn’t have jalapeños.You know how kids are lol the won’t eat something if it isn’t what they wanted. The Greek salad my husband ordered was made with iceberg lettuce instead romaine they charged us for alarge when ordered a small. On my reciept they charges us for three pizzas when Told the one was free but the reciept given the prices are ripped off the side like the printer was off centered. We calculated what we had ordered and just didn’t come up with same price unless we paid for the extra pizza!or the prices are different now then menus says not sure!. I didn’t want to argue and felt it was a long day for everyone but for our first time I was a bit disappointed with communication if they didn’t have something or just gave us the pizza they made for us without the jalapeños for free instead of making a whole other pizza that no one in the family would eat since it was chicken bacon ranch and pretty sure we were charged for too. The food wasn’t bad I enjoyed the steak hoagie I got . my son had great experience just ours was not the greatest but I think would give another try for myself since was a Sunday and later in evening but feel the situation could have been handled differently.”

“The best chicken sandwich this side of anywhere. Seriously, the jerk chicken sandwich was cooked and seasoned to perfection, the chicken was tender and juicy, and the jerk was just right. If you like spicy, this sandwich takes you right to the edge, like only a real jerk can. 😉I strongly recommend this restaurant, the amount of home cooked food for your 🤑is second to none and don’t forget to add those sides…. 👌 The cabbage, rice and beans, plantains, all go head to head with my mommas, 🤫 I don’t say that lightly, truly the best $ I’ve spent eating out in a long time. “This is my go-to place for hotdogs. "Everything hot and slaw" will get you hot sauce, onions, mustard and cole slaw. There CANNOT be a better hotdog anywhere. They are truly exceptional! And, as a bonus, service is fast and friendly.”
