I travel quite a bit for work and almost always stay in the attached hotel. I cannot express how much the Smokin Js staff has become a "family away from home". They know me by name and always are so kind and genuinely amazing people. For me, they're not just servers, they're like family members. They're all amazing but a special shout out to Jenna, Mikayla, Katie, "Musclebob", Chris, and Riley. They make all of my work trips just that much more bearable ❤️
Went for a date night, when we walked in there was no host. Was not greeted, despite there being someone behind the bar. Stood waiting for nearly 5 mins before our server coming out of the kitchen when someone else came in after us. The server was swamped with doing more than just her job that night making her forgetful. Which is out of her control. We ordered loaded pub chips but the chips weren’t completely chips.
