“This Starbucks is SOOOOOOO much better than the Fayetteville store. I wanted to make sure I put some positive vibes out after having to slam Starbucks because of the POOR QUALITY SERVICE AND DRINKS. THANK YOU for keeping the standard of Starbucks. I won't drive to Summersville for coffee but I see plenty of doctors there and I appreciate it when I am there. Thankfully we have MANY BETTER OPTIONS than Starbucks in the Fayetteville/ Oak Hill area. Once again your dedication to quality service and drinks is greatly appreciated!!!!“

“I’m giving 5 stars only because I know how corporate is with these. With that said I am not a happy customer at this McDonald’s. I eat here way more than I’d like to admit and y’all’s service time sucks horribly. If I come get one meal there is absolutely zero reason to pull me up and wait on that. That’s getting really old. Especially since on two occasions you’ve actually forgot about me and had to refund me. Tell me how is that helping anyone… the workers are not the problem here, managers are usually nice and fix problems. It’s whoever the actual head of that place fault. Stop making them pull every order…. If you can’t handle the two lanes go back to one, jeez. Most of the time I’ve noticed it’s low staffed also. Do better leaders and you’ll keep some decent workers. It’s not 1950 anymore get over it and give some back to your employees“
