I don’t frequent McDonald’s often. One of the reasons I rarely go is the issue I ran into today. For some reason this McDonald’s is incapable of reading “no cheese” on an order.
My son takes his kids every morning for breakfast this is what he gets. Come on guys can’t be that hard
So I came through the drive thru and ordered an iced plain latte with 2 pumps of liquid sugar in it. The order was put in correctly by order taker but the finished product was not. I received a iced latte with no coffee in it. Just milk and ice. While waiting I heard the woman ask for more Expresso beans for the machine but she continues to give me my drink without Expresso knowing it was out. She added more milk to the cup to make up the difference and gave me a cup of milk....read full review
