Extremely frustrating pickup experience this morning.
This morning, I placed a Starbucks pickup order around 6:59 AM and received a notification that my order would be ready around 7:04 AM. I arrived at 7:05 AM expecting to simply grab my order and go, only to find out that my order had not even been started.
I received my drink around 7:10 AM, but then had to continue waiting for my pastry item until approximately 7:15 AM.

Out of all the Starbucks this one is by far my favorite!!! I go to this one every morning! It’s extremely welcoming that when I pull into the drive-through they know my order, my car and welcome with a “good morning pull up!” This definitely makes my morning! 5 stars all the way!!!

Starbucks Coffee Company is in a newly updated, beautiful, large, and clean store. The coffee is the best yet, exactly as expected, and drinks like the lavender cream frappe, mocha frappe, and chocolate cake pop are absolutely delicious and yummy. Orders come out quickly with friendly employees. However, some drinks can seem a little off or hit or miss, seeming not to abide by mix ratios. The quality of taste can vary.
