“To start, you cannot beat Trace. I am convinced. My friend group and I visited Trace on Wednesday. From the time we stepped inside until we left the experience was extravagant. I am from Pittsburgh, and when we arrived I quickly connected with Matt the manager and Danielle our server.
Danielle provided us with EXCELLENT service it was absolutely phenomenal. From her explaining the drinks, to the menu, to the desert menu, to the quick service when we made any request was over the top, she conversated with us and made it home! am a VIP at Capital Grille, let’s just say Trace has SURPASSED Capital Grille in every way. Matt is great. We enjoyed talking with Matt and learning about Trace. Matt genuinely cares and ensured the experience was nothing but the best. Trace was so good we went back the next day! This is where it’s at. I give Matt, Danielle, and Trace as a whole the highest rating I can give. We are looking forward to returning very shortly. “It was a very busy night. The kitchen and servers seemed to be unorganized which is unusual for here. Waited longer than usual for our food. We ordered the sea bass which was very good but our risotto was not even warm temperature which was disappointing. Server comped deserts which was a nice surprise.“
