“I have been a huge fan of Mikey C's since they opened ... but today sealed the deal. In addition to great specials daily, the best bruschetta in the area, and great service, today I tried the Italian Ribeye and requested a baguette rather than the garlic bread. Hands down THE BEST steak sandwich I've had. Great bread...little crispy on the exterior and soft inside. Perfectly seasoned ribeye. Beautiful blend of sweet and hot peppers and a great provolone cheese pull. Outstanding!“

“Biscuits and gravy are fantastic. Great size and great portions. The chicken wings are decent sized good… can use more sauces. Maybe slow on Sundays after church. But always a friendly atmosphere love To go there for a quick bite.

“Brought my husband here in June for his birthday. We both had trout with carrots and Mac & cheese. Tom had the coke cola choc cake and they brought it to the table singing Happy Birthday at my request. He blushed like a school boy. The food was delicious and the service outstanding. We live over an hour away, so they gave us a card for free desserts on a future visit. We are here to get a quick bite tonight, and redeem the dessert cards. It's takeout, so will do another review later.“

“We loved the pub poutine! The malt aioli with the fish and chips was great, and the fish good quality. We didn't care for the Irish nachos but maybe in part because we picked up our order and they got soggy. We will definitely be wanting to go again just for poutine because it was very delicious, didn't make it home for a picture.“

“I heard Yann’s was spicy, but I was expecting Midwest Spicy, not Actually Decently Spicy. Great dogs at a great price—definitely the best in Fairmont. I look forward to trying the pepperoni roll next time I’m in town during the week.“

“I wish I could remember our server's name, but he was EXCELLENT!! Very attentive, SO POLITE (his parents would be so proud!), we never wanted for anything. The only issue was there were four of us, and the Chocolate Stampede nearly did us all in!! Tipped roughly 50%... Would love to have this young man as a server on the regular, but we're just passing through.“

“Nice small hidden gem. It was Monday night but it was PACKED! the steak was a big overcooked in my salad, but it tasted pretty good. The food was a bit pricier than I wanted as well, but because it was a smaller establishment, I was happy to pay it.“

“Stopped by on our ride heading north, we decided to bounce off the interstate for awhile. It was the first bar we saw so we stopped. We were very comfortable and got our drinks quick. We were told about the long history of the bar. Everyone was friendly. We'll stop again some time. Even the guy who lives next door was friendly.“

“I just want to say WOW today was one of the most impressive visits to any restaurant I have ever been to. My Aunt and I stopped there to eat and I am glad we did. “Parking lot is the first impression numerous large deep holes, thought I damaged my car.
The food was great our waitress. Hope was very nice and spot on with her service.
Stopped a week or so later foods great waitress, very friendly. Potholes are still there. 😉“
